Pomegranate & Mint

Ingredients

25ml Pomegranate syrup, 5 Mint leaves

Method

  1. Add recommended syrup & garnish to a shaker
  2. Add ice
  3. Shake & strain
  4. Fill a gin glass with ice and strain contents of shaker into the glass
  5. Add garnish; fresh Pomegranate seeds & fresh Mint
  6. Top up with Fitch & Leedes Peach Lemonade

*RECOMMENDED SPIRIT; GIN, VODKA OR BRANDY

*All syrups can be home made by adding 50g crushed fresh fruit (blueberry, strawberry) to 250ml of simple syrup (1 part sugar 1 part water) and left for 24 hours for best flavour extraction.
Blood orange syrup: Brew blood orange tea and mix with simple syrup.
Pomegranate syrup: Macerate the fruit and add the juice to simple syrup.
