Ingredients

  • 25ml Vermont Limon Botanical Spirit
  • Fitch & Leedes Sugar Free Indian Tonic
  • juice of 1/2 grapefruit + zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • ice
  • rosemary sprig garnish
  • edible flowers garnish

Method

In shaker filled with ice, mix Vermont Limon Botanical Spirit, grapefruit juice & zest, lemon juice and chopped rosemary. and shake vigorously. Fine-strain into a chilled glass. Top with Fitch & Leedes Grapefruit Tonic. Garnish with rosemary sprig and edible flowers.
