Six Dogs Dog Beet
- 37.5ml Six Dogs Blue Gin
- 25ml Beetroot and rosemary shrub (vinegar-based syrup)
- 180ml Barker and Quin Club Soda (can also use tonic if you prefer the sweetness)
- 1 Sprig rosemary
- Agave (optional)
Pour Six Dogs Blue Gin, shrub and Barker and Quin Club Soda over ice. Stir. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Add a dash of agave if you’d like it sweeter, or use tonic instead of soda.
