Atlantic Spice
Ingredients
- 25ml Vermont Limon Botanical Spirit
- Fitch & Leedes Blue Tonic
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 3 or 4 juniper berries
- 2 cardamom pods
- sparkling water
- ice blocks
- crushed ice
Method
Crush cardamom pods slightly with pestle. Half filled glass with ice cubes; add juniper berries. Add Vermont Limon Botanical Spirit and lemon juice. Top with 1 part Fitch & Leedes Blue Tonic and 1 part sparkling water. Garnish with cardamom pods.
