The High and Dry

Ingredients

  • 50ml Autograph Gin
  • 5ml Extra Dry Vermouth
  • Naartjie Zest Twist

Method

Chill your martini glass.  Now in a stirring glass add 50mls of Autograph Gin.  5mls of extra dry vermouth (adaptable to your palate).  Stir for 20 seconds.  Double strain into your chilled glass. Garnish with a naartjie zest twist.
