Tincture No. 3
Ingredients
- 50ml Autograph Gin
- 1/2 Naartjie (or any seasonal soft citrus)
- 1/4 Lemon
- 25ml Rose Syrup
- Ice Blocks
- Juniper Berries
Method
Juniper smoked glass.  In a shaker add: 1/2 Naartjie (or any seasonal soft citrus).
1/4 Lemon.  25mls Rose syrup.  50mls Autograph Gin.  Add ice and shake.  Double strain over ice into a stemless glass.  Garnish with a pinch of juniper berries.
