Sweet Citrus

Mandarin has a sweet sun-soaked familiar smell, however, when blended with the more garden-variety orange the sweetness is pulled back whilst simultaneously a deeper more complex citrus note is developed.

Floral

Rose Geranium Offers a sweet nose reminiscent of Turkish delight, with a rich candied mouth feel.

Earthly Star Anise

An intensely aromatic spice, giving a pleasant, sweet, aniseed menthol kick to the gins that use it. 

Dry Citrus

Whole grapefruit for a rounded taste, enhancing its chameleon-like acidic nature, making it perfect for Ginologist distils whole grapefruit for a rounded taste, subtly adding citrus notes to gin without overpowering aromas.

Spice

Peppercorns add a spicy warmth to the gin which linger on the tongue long after the last sip.

Classic

Coriander, lemon peel, and angelica root. Coriander offers a warm spice taste that is complemented by the sharp freshness from the lemon peel. Angelica root marries the two together and extends the flavour profile.
