Blueberry & Rosemary


25ml Blueberry syrup, 1 sprig of Rosemary


  • Add syrup & Rosemary to a shaker
  • Add ice
  • Shake & strain
  • Fill Gin Glass with ice and strain contents of shaker into the glass
  • Add garnish; a sprig of Rosemary
  • Top up with Fitch & Leedes Blue Tonic


*All syrups can be home made by adding 50g crushed fresh fruit (blueberry, strawberry) to 250ml of simple syrup (1 part sugar 1 part water) and left for 24 hours for best flavour extraction.
Blood orange syrup: Brew blood orange tea and mix with simple syrup.
Pomegranate syrup: Macerate the fruit and add the juice to simple syrup.
