- 25ml Vermont Limon Botanical Spirit
- Fitch & Leedes Spicy Ginger Beer
- 1/2 lime, chopped into wedges
- handful torn fresh mint leaves
- fresh mint sprig for garnish
- lime slice garnish
- crushed ice
Place mint leaves and wedges into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass 3/4 full with crushed ice. Pour the Vermont Limon Botanical Spirit over the ice, and fill the glass. Top up with Fitch & Leedes Spicy Ginger Beer and stir. Slap sprig of mint leaves against palm of your hand to release fragrant aroma before sticking it into glass. Garnish with lime slice.
