Pomegranate & Mint
Ingredients
25ml Pomegranate syrup, 5 Mint leaves
Method
- Add recommended syrup & garnish to a shaker
- Add ice
- Shake & strain
- Fill a gin glass with ice and strain contents of shaker into the glass
- Add garnish; fresh Pomegranate seeds & fresh Mint
- Top up with Fitch & Leedes Peach Lemonade
*RECOMMENDED SPIRIT; GIN, VODKA OR BRANDY
*All syrups can be home made by adding 50g crushed fresh fruit (blueberry, strawberry) to 250ml of simple syrup (1 part sugar 1 part water) and left for 24 hours for best flavour extraction.
Blood orange syrup: Brew blood orange tea and mix with simple syrup.
Pomegranate syrup: Macerate the fruit and add the juice to simple syrup.
