Rosa Paloma

Ingredients

  • 25ml Vermont Bloom Botanical Spirit
  • Fitch & Leedes Grapefruit Tonic
  • juice of half a grapefruit
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • zest of 1 lime for garnish
  • sugar for garnish
  • ice cubes

Method

Fill a plate with sugar and lime zest. Rub lime slice along rim of glass and turn upside down and dip rim into sugar mixture, turn to coat. Place ice cubes into glass. Add all ingredients to shaker, stir gently to combine. Pour over ice cubes.
