Six Dogs Dog Beet


  • 37.5ml Six Dogs Blue Gin
  • 25ml Beetroot and rosemary shrub (vinegar-based syrup)
  • 180ml Barker and Quin Club Soda (can also use tonic if you prefer the sweetness)
  • 1 Sprig rosemary
  • Agave (optional)


Pour Six Dogs Blue Gin, shrub and Barker and Quin Club Soda over ice. Stir. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Add a dash of agave if you’d like it sweeter, or use tonic instead of soda.
