The Best Espresso Mezcaltini
Ingredients
- 90ml Leonista Reposado Black Agave Spirit
- 2 shots strong espresso (60-70ml)
- Sugar to taste (add to preference)
- Pinch of salt
Method
Prep espresso & sweeten (make it slightly sweeter than normal). Add a small pinch of salt to your coffee, allow to cool to room temp. Half fill a shaker with ice, add your espresso & Leonista. Shake for 15 sec. Strain into the martini glasses & enjoy.
