Classic Dragonfly


  • 50ml Deep South Cape Dry Gin
  • 200ml Fitch and Leedes Ginger Ale
  • 2 Lime wedges
  • Optional: Sprig of fresh rosemary


Pour Deep South Cape Dry Gin into a glass with 3-4 blocks of ice.  Squeeze juice of one lime wedge into glass and top up with Fitch and Leedes Ginger Ale.  Garnish with second wedge of lime and the rosemary.
