- 50ml Deep South Cape Dry Gin
- 200ml Fitch and Leedes Ginger Ale
- 2 Lime wedges
- Optional: Sprig of fresh rosemary
Pour Deep South Cape Dry Gin into a glass with 3-4 blocks of ice. Squeeze juice of one lime wedge into glass and top up with Fitch and Leedes Ginger Ale. Garnish with second wedge of lime and the rosemary.
