Vanilla Fig Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 50ml Deep South Cape Dry Gin
  • 100ml Barker and Quin Club Soda
  • Two slices ripe fig
  • 1 tsp Vanilla syrup (or to taste)
  • Mint to garnish
  • Vanilla pod (Optional)

Method

Pour Deep South Cape Dry Gin over ice in cocktail glass.  Drizzle vanilla syrup over top.  Stir to dissolve syrup.  Add ripe fig slices and Barker and Quin Club Soda to taste.  Stir gently to infuse fig flavours.  Garnish with mint and/or Vanilla pod.
