Gin Bluebird
Ingredients
50ml Deep South Cape Dry Gin
200ml Fitch and Leedes Blue Tonic
Slice of sweet ruby grapefruit
1 T fresh blueberries
Method
Pour Deep South Cape Dry Gin into glass over 3-4 blocks of ice. Add blueberries, and pour in Fitch and Leedes Blue Tonic. Garnish with a slice of ruby grapefruit.
