Pepper Berry
Ingredients
- 25ml Vermont Bloom Botanical Spirit
- Fitch & Leedes Pink Tonic
- teaspoon pink pepper corns
- handful basil leaves
- 3 strawberries
- slice of strawberry for garnish
- basil leaves for garnish
- ice blocks
Method
Liquify strawberries into fine pulp. Add Vermont Bloom Botanical Spirit, strawberry pulp, a few pink pepper corns and crushed basil leaves to shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Fine-strain into a chilled glass. Top with Fitch & Leedes Pink Tonic. Garnish with a few pink pepper corns, sliced strawberry and basil leaf.
