Six Dogs Purple Sours

Ingredients

  • 50ml Six Dogs Blue Gin
  • 25ml Fresh lime juice
  • 25ml Whey (or 1 egg white)
  • 10ml Agave or sugar syrup
  • 5ml Umsombo (or blackberry) jam

Method

Shake all of the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, for 20 seconds. Strain into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a dried rose bud, or fresh rose petal.
